Insurance Coverage

As a courtesy to you, PhysioFit will call your insurance company to confirm coverage and eligibility prior to your first visit. Because we cannot guarantee accuracy of the information the insurance company provides, we urge you to call and confirm the details of your physical therapy coverage.
