(For adults, children and infants)
* Myotherapy style massage involves body positioning, range of motion moves, stretching,
articulation, levering, and triggering. Myotherapy allows contracted muscles, old holding
patterns and anchors to be released and re-educated. This style can be considered deep
work, but is not painful and it does not involve hard triggering or isolating muscles.

Massage Therapist Profiles

Sadhana Stupar, CMT, CST Sadhana Stupar, CMT, CST, has been offering wellness and therapy services since 1993. She is a graduate and former staff member of the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Scottsdale, Arizona, and received her training in craniosacral therapy from the Upledger Institute in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, with a focus on CST for pediatrics. Sadhana is also an avid student of the Vedic sciences and is pursuing studies in jyotish, hatha yoga, and yoga nidra. She lives in Sunnyvale, CA with her two children, Matthew and Tara.

Michaela Andronic
Michael Andronic is a certified massage
therapist who has taken extensive training
in a variety of massage techniques,
including pressure point, Swedish, deep
tissue, shiatsu, and sports massage. She
has been performing massage therapy
since 1994 and has many loyal clients in the
Bay Area. Michaela is a member of the
American Massage Therapy Association
and is passionate about the work that she
does.
