Kim Gladfelter
Kim Gladfelter, the owner of PhysioFit Physical
Therapy, graduated from UCLA in 1991 with a
degree in Kinesiology. She received her
Master of Physical Therapy degree in 1994
from Mount Saint Marys College. She
completed a 1-1/2 year long residency
program in Advanced Orthopedic Manual
Therapy in 1998. Kim is board-certified as an
Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS). She also
obtained a Certificate of Fellowship in the
American Academy of Orthopedic Manual
Physical Therapists (FAAOMPT).
Both certifications (OCS and FAAOMPT) represent recognition of advanced clinical
proficiency in Orthopedic Physical Therapy practice. In addition to taking numerous
long and short-term courses on various topics in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, Kim
was a teaching assistant for a very highly regarded year-long course for manual
physical therapists from 1999-2001. She is a certified Practitioner in Pilates
Rehabilitation, including mat and equipment, through Polestar Education. Kim's
hobbies include jogging and dance. She is also the mother of two girls and two boys.

Janet Petarra Perrino
Janet Petarra Perrino possesses a strong base
of experience in orthopedic and sports injury
treatment. Janet received her undergraduate
degrees in Biology and Psychology from
Miami University in 1989. She earned her
Master of Physical Therapy degree from
Temple University in 1995. After graduate
school Janet worked for seven years in
Chicago with the Loyola University Medical
Center treating orthopedic, vestibular,
lymphedema, burn, amputee, and
neurological disorders.
Janet is especially interested in using manual therapy to address orthopedic and
sports-related issues. Janet's hobbies include yoga, biking, and backpacking.

Teresa Clark
Teresa Clark grew up in Los Altos as part of
an athletic and energetic family. She was a UC
Davis Division II All American for Cross
Country Running.  She graduated from UC
Davis in 1992 with a Bachelors Degree in
Animal Physiology and received her Master of
Physical Therapy degree in 1995 from Samuel
Merritt College.  Her thesis was published in
peer-reviewed journal
Physical Therapy.
Teresa received certifications as an
Orthopedic Clinical Specialist, Certified
Strength Conditioning Specialist, and Certified
Orthopedic Manual Therapist.  
She is a graduate of the comprehensive Polestar Pilates Training for Rehabilitation
program.  Teresa's hobbies include running, cycling, weight lifting, reading, Pilates,
and Latin dancing.  She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association
and National Strength and Conditioning.

Rebecca Mastrodicasa
Rebecca Mastrodicasa received her Master
of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from
Ithaca College in Ithaca, New York in 1999.
She also did her undergraduate work at
Ithaca, graduating with a Bachelors Degree
in Clinical Science. Becky has worked in
private clinics and also at the Regional
Medical Center of San Jose as the Director of
Rehabilitation Services. In addition to
providing therapy services, her
responsibilities have included supervision
and clinical training of therapists. Her
specialties include orthopedic and women’s
health issues.  Becky has taught childbirth preparation and pregnancy exercise
classes, in addition to providing physical therapy services to this demographic
group.  Her training included classes in pelvic floor issues, such as incontinence
and the treatment of pelvic pain.  Becky is a Polestar certified Pilates instructor
(since 2000) and has developed Pilates exercise programs at several clinics where
she has worked.  She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
 Outside of work Becky is busy caring for her two small children and her husband.  
Her hobbies include hiking, reading, and skiing.
