Wellness Programs

Our personalized wellness programs improve the health and well-being of our
clients. Services include massage therapy, personal training and small group
Yoga classes, Pilates mats classes, and Pilates equipment sessions.

Our specialties include:

Golf Program
The golf fitness program will improve your swing and help you prevent shoulder,
back and hip injuries.

Massage Therapy
Massage helps to relieve or prevent strains and injuries. A session with our
licensed and experienced massage therapist will help reduce your fatigue and
leave you with a feeling of replenished energy.

Personal Training
For a more personal exercise experience we offer 60-minute sessions with our
NASM certified personal trainer at a cost of $75 per session and $40 per
person/session in a semi-private environment (2 people).

Pilates
Pilates helps with muscle control, flexibility, coordination, balance, strength and
tone. Our goal is to make our patients/clients more aware of their bodies, to
improve alignment and breathing, and to help prevent future injuries. We offer
Pilates mat classes as well as Pilates private sessions and Pilates group sessions.

Yoga For Your Back
Our Yoga For Your Back class focuses on a set of physical postures, breathing
exercises, and meditation. Classes focus on healing of the whole person using
techniques that focus on core stability, and correction of established patterns and
limitations of movement that contribute to pain and dysfunction.
