Yoga For Your Back

Our Yoga For Your Back class focuses on a set of physical postures,
breathing exercises, and meditation. Classes aim to heal the whole
person using techniques that focus on core stability, and correction of
established patterns and limitations of movement that contribute to
pain and dysfunction. All classes are led by experienced Yoga
instructors who accommodate each client and cater classes to their
individual needs.
